I’d like to thank you and Shawn’s team for making my move from Beale Air Force Base to Folsom, CA so smooth and enjoyable. Everyone at All American was extremely courteous, professional and energetic!

Shawn’s team left San Jose around 9:30AM and finally returned around 5:00AM the next day! In between, they worked relentlessly to pack AND move everything with care. Being an Air Force officer, this was my 5th move in 5 years, and this was the first time all of my furniture, electronics, and knick-knacks made it all in one piece.

I highly recommend All American Moving and Storage—it was certainly my best moving experience ever!

Everything went extremely well. The guys, David, Brian, Mikey and Robert were here on time, got the job done fast and they were very friendly. Nothing was damaged and everything was accounted for. My only issue was the overall fee (therr/storage/delivery), which was a little more than I had expected. The quality of service was worth it though. We previously used another moving service and had a bad experience. Now, you can see why we didn’t mind paying a little more for All American movers.

The delivery movers were excelent and sociable as well. Overall everybody was very nice, quick, and careful.

I was so glad to receive your email because I've been meaning to call and tell you how pleased we were with the service All American provided! Hilehl (wish I knew how to spell his name correctly!), Jose and Simon were competent, thorough, professional, friendly and quick. Hilelh explained everything very clearly before they began. I saw them take great care in taking my Mother's bed apart, in securely wrapping the TV and the microwave, and wrapping all of the furniture, which included some antiques that are precious to my Mother.

The wrapping and loading of the truck took exactly how long you estimated. The trip to Alameda was smooth. And the unloading and unwrapping of the furniture was as professional as was the wrapping and loading in Santa Clara.

I noticed, too, that Hilel, Simon, and Jose were respectful of my Mother's new building and the other senior residents who were in the hallways and the patios.

My Mother has already told her Santa Clara neighbors how smooth the move was and has recommended they call you for all their moving needs.

I think the only suggestion I would make is to tell customers when they confirm a move with you about a 'suggested tip' or perhaps some guidelines for tipping the crew. My Mother was prepared to provide a tip for each of them, and had already tipped Simon and Jose before we checked with Hilehl for his suggestion. My Mother's estimate was low and she had no problem whatsoever with what Hilehl suggested. She only wished she had known what the guideline was so she could have appropriately tipped the others the first time. Both Simon and Jose were very gracious and even reluctant to accept the additional tip, but I convinced them that my Mother wanted them to know how much she appreciated the care they took with her belongings.

The crew: Dov, Sam, Rafi and Joel

I have used All American Moving & Storage twice in five years and both times, the experience was stress free and believe it or not absolutely pleasant. The crew: Dov, Sam, Rafi and Joel couldn't have been more patient, kind, caring and most importantly careful. Dov, was thoughtful and made sure they didn't go through my landlord's house to move the bedroom. The could have, actually, it would have been SO much easier, but instead, the took the long flight of stairs over and over, and had to deal with an almost impossible and extremely narrow turn and low ceiling out of a basement door (did I mention it was raining and slippery?) They worked swiftly and diligently,like doctors during an operation or a golf pro perfecting his back swing. Dov took the time to make sure my furniture and pictures were wrapped to perfection. They even waited for me for a few minutes while I did some last minute vacuuming. The whole process took less than three hours. This was no ordinary move for me. All of my things were put into my parents garage and YES, All American Moving and Storage will be back to move me again to my new condo in September. As a matter of fact, they will be moving the girl out of the condo I am buying and me in all within a month. I highly recommended her to you and she's not even going to shop around like I did. I was given the best and most accurate quote over the phone. The price was very important to me because I am a teacher and usually waitress during the summers. This summer I will volunteering in an orphanage in Nairobi, Kenya, Africa for two months. Between packing my life up in boxes, preparing for the move with the endless phone calls, cleaning, actually moving, doctors appointments for Africa, travel plans, loose ends, and finishing up the school year between packing my classrooms (two), grades, and a million other things, the actual move was the best part of it all! I enjoyed the crew's company very much. I felt like it was my brother and couple of friends moving my life possessions so I could begin an entirely new chapter in my life. I am glad they were there for it. Thank you for your EXPERT crew, precision, but most of all for making what could have been a stressful nightmare a walk in the park (Central Park of a beautiful sunny afternoon). see you in September with the same crew please!

During the packing to take to storage if the men found something unusual they would go to Kfir, explain it and he would then come to me and show me whatever it was (in one instance damage to a dresser from a previous carpet cleaning that caused swelling in the legs of the dresser) so I would be aware of it prior to going into storage.

Your guys took such good care of my art and antique furniture - just wonderful. I had been worried about being moved safely but your service has been above and beyond my expectations.

I wanted to write to you to thank you and your crew at All American for an incredible job resulting in a smooth, problem free move. As you know, we moved on December 12, 2003 from an apartment to a two family house. It was considered a local move in that the distance between them was only five miles. We had an enormous amount of things, partially the result of living there for 25 years and partially the result of my wife and I collecting antiques.

Before we were done packing we had in excess of 200 cartons (at least 100 of which were marked "fragile") , 10 clothing wardrobes and two bedrooms, bath, living room, kitchen, dining room worth of furniture not to mention a storage room full of stuff. All of which did not fit on one of your trucks.

On moving day your crew showed up on time with great enthusiasm and tremendously positive attitudes. The teamwork, organization and skill was amazing. One man specialized in loading the truck (a key in ensuring minimal shifting resulting in damage) Two men stacked and moved the cartons and wardrobes and one was the expert "wrapper". The wrapper used up dozens of blankets, rolls of bubble wrap and dozens of cardboard sheets , cartons and rolls of tape. Every piece of furniture, glass, mirror and certain irreplaceable antiquities were protectively wrapped and packaged before it left the apartment. They were fast, efficient and good spirited.

We arrived at the new house with our first load and you sent some fresh reinforcements to help the original crew. Ultimately you sent a second truck as well to pick up the rest of our belongings even before the first one was unloaded. Our new house had four flights of stairs with twists and turns. It had been newly renovated and painted prior to our move in day. Your crew despite a very long day and a tremendously difficult job were very aware and considerate not to damage the walls or our belongings. This can only be credited to their training, expertise and pride that they take in their job.

In the end, after a very long and stressful day none of our belongings were damaged to any significant degree except a scratch here and there. Not one of our irreplaceable or our heirlooms or furniture was lost or broken.

Your estimate was precise and on moving day the only surprises were pleasant ones. Our personal thanks to you, and the crew: Pinto, Ames, Lucky, Derrick, Randy, Edmond and Darryl.

The guys yesterday were awesome. They did a great job wrapping, taping, moving everything in the house. They worked very fast and banged out everything in 4 hours.

Christian was a great foreman with the group of guys. You sent the right person for my move. Can I have these same guys move my furniture from your storage to my new house (when it's ready)? It would be great especially since they know how to put some of my furniture back together.

Two things..they were 1 hr late (that hurt us since we had to be out of the house yesterday). The other thing was that they did charge me for some materials ($52 worth). I really didn't want to get hit with some materials charges. We'll work something out when you move my stuff from storage.

How much time in advance do I need to let you know when I'm ready to move my stuff from storage?

I'm sorry you did called me. Thank you for everything. My mother did received everything in California. The guys was great. The one thing that I was confused about is that Alex asked me for a tip when the guys pick up the furniture from my mother's house the. I think maybe you guys should mention something ahead of time. Because my mother didn't have the extra cash with her.
Another thing is that when we scheduled the pick up I also scheduled the date the furniture should arrival in CA.
The lady I spoke to over the phone from your company never put in the date. She told me that my mother forget to write down the date on the contract. So, my mother had to wait two extra weeks to received her furniture since All American Movers placed the goods in storage. But, everything else went fine. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was in a few other ways, with the service I received. The contents of my home were moved this weekend by Sean, as foreman, with crew members Serge and Joe. Each one was a tireless worker. They did not stop, were careful handling my possessions, and were consistently courteous and professional.

Joe took apart my children's modular bunk bed- no easy task- and reinforced it upon re-assembly, so that it is actually stronger. He did this by himself- in the same time it would have taken to put it back the original way. He also disassembled a large bedroom pier unit and had it together in record time- with attention to details such as plugging in the wall switch - which would have been impossible if I'd needed to do it later. I'm sure other companies, or other movers would have done the letter of the law- rather than the spirit with which he conducted himself. To me, his work shows that he is proud of delivering superior service- he did!

Serge never stopped working- is a man of few words, apparently who gets the job done. He was knowledgeable and careful with each of my possessions- even some things which fell out of a bag which I hadn't realized wasn't strong enough. He watched everything and seemed always to be thinking, planning ahead as to what should be taken next,

Sean seems to be a good leader of men. He is personable and direct, explaining up front what is to be done, takes the homeowner's needs into consideration, then focuses on the job at hand. He got right to work, encouraged his men and never faltered in trying to move my belongings at my budget. He was flexible and patient in eliminating obstacles, and was thoroughly professional in his demeanor.

I have the feeling that these gentlemen could not have been more careful with their own possessions. Congratulations on a fine staff!

I wanted to drop you a line to tell you how pleased and impressed I was with my recent local move (within San Jose).
First some background. I had supplied my move info to 123move.com and received several quotes. Most of these companies appeared to be based in the Los Angeles area, not San Jose, so I filed them and instead booked a local mover whom my brother had previously used. Then I received a (second) call from Rosie. She was very pleasant on the phone and did a great job advising me that your teams were based in Santa Clara (near-by), were extremely well-trained, and would also save me about 20% off my previously-booked mover. She convinced me.

The team showed up exactly on time. (My brother's mover was 90 minutes late for his move.) The foreman, Asaf, quickly assessed the area and contents, and clearly established a plan of action. His team (Octavio, Martinez, and a fourth gentleman whose name I missed) were obviously very experienced professional movers. I have had moves in the past where the foreman/driver was the only one who appeared to have ever been near a van; Asaf and the team seemed to be the most experienced movers I have seen in the past 20 years.

They quickly swarmed around my old place, securely wrapping my furniture and securing some of my self-packed boxes. In almost no time at all they had moved everything from my 2nd-floor apartment, across a long path, and onto the truck. A 10-mile drive took us to my storage facility where there was a grand piano and a bed; those, too, were quickly on the truck. Then 5 miles to my new place.

At the destination they again were amazingly quick and professional. Every piece of furniture was carefully unwrapped and positioned where I wanted it. This included bringing five very heavy pieces up a narrow staircase. Asaf even provided some advice as to where a particular bookcase should go. The unload was even quicker and easier than the loading.

All in all, the move was very fast and very stress-free. There was not so much as a scratch or a ding on the furniture. In fact, Asaf did a better job unloading and setting up my piano than the "piano specialist" who originally put it in storage for me had done. And the price was among the best of the bids I had received.

I know this note has run long. I have spent my 23-year career in a service oriented job. I am quick to recognize and speak up about poor service; I am equally quick to recognize and speak up about excellent service. You guys provided excellent service.

We moved from San Jose to Gilroy on Nov 14th.

Your moving crew was WONDERFUL.

They did a great job, and took great care of our belonging. Due to delays in our moving, which was suppose to be Nov 10th, we asked the men if they would be willing to make 1 more trip to help us get all of boxes moved.  (The first trip was furniture only.)  Without a hitch, they eagerly agreed.  What a team

I've told all my friends what a great job they did.

We were disappointed to find out the day prior that All American required a cash payment.  This didn't give us much time to get the cash together.
