I wanted to tell you what a pleasure it has been working with your sales associate, Rosalie.

A few weeks ago, I requested a quote for our upcoming move and she called me promptly and helped me by providing detailed information about the quote and my options. My name is Lisa Oakley. Recently my husband Scott and I contacted your moving company to help with our move from Reseda, Ca to Canyon County. The agent that took our call was Rosie Caruso.
Let me just start by saying she is one of the most understanding, and compassionate person's I've talked to over the phone this past two weeks.

We were supposed to move on June 21st, 2002. We booked the truck and time. Rosie sent us a quote, and everything was fine. Until we found out that same day that someone had already taken the rental apartment unit. We called Rosie to inform her not to send the truck because we had no place to live. All Rosie had to do was cancel the move and go on her merry way. But instead she took the time to calm us down, listen to our concern's and basically she helped us feel at ease.

You can't find people like this anymore. Most of the time you find someone on the other end of the phone that don't care.

Rosie is an asset to your company. It's nice to see real people working out there at your office that care.

My husband and I will be using All American Moving & Storage later this week. We are also going to refer all our family and friends to your moving company.

Dear Rosie:

Our move from Sunnyvale, Calif. to Sparks, Nevada went off well largely because of All American's workers. Tal and his crew did great work. They packed our kitchen things well. Only one thing, a plastic container, was broken because it had been put in a box on top of the food processor's spindle and the spindle pierced the container. This was a negligible loss. Tal's crew worked tirelessly to pack things and move them and the things we had packed onto two trucks. We met them in Truckee where they picked up a couple of other items. They were there an hour before us.
Our apologies for making them wait. I heard no complaints. They went right to work when we opened the cabin, In Sparks Tal's crew and I had lunch, but my wife, Lois, missed out. She hadn't kept up with the trucks! At our new house, the moving men hustled our things into the house and garage.
Lois and I worked first on emptying boxes packed by the crew in our early days here, but we couldn't unpack them completely because, as big as this house is, it doesn't have the storage space our much smaller Sunnyvale house had. We waited for delivery of a new china cabinet and then finished unpacking. Now that all the boxes packed by Tal's crew are unpacked, we can say that only the plastic container was broken of all the things packed by All American. Amazing.

I have to admit that we have many boxes still in our garage. None was packed by All American. Most of them contain books and papers, so we still have our storage problem. I guess we need about seven 7-foot bookcases to begin to solve it.
All American did a super job for us all the way around. Absolutely Great. I would recommend your company as a top-notch mover whose crews keep their schedules and pack customers' goods carefully. They also like to eat, but who doesn't?, After I spoke with you yesterday, I called All American in New York (800-989-6900). Casey told me that a voucher for mileage on American Airlines would be mailed to me in a couple of weeks.

The first time I called All American movers Eileen, the sales representative was very professional and helpful.
She explained me everything and answered all my questions and provided me all the required information.
She was very prompt and courteous.

The crew that came for the move too was very professional. They started the move and the entire home was packed into the trailer in about 5.5 hours. The only thing that was little inconvenient was their reach time.
I was promised that the crew would reach my apartment between 8-9.00 am and I had to make several calls between that time period and finally the crew reached around 9.45 am. I was very happy to talk to your driver Ely, who was racing my wife all the way to Dallas.

I want to thank you for arranging my complex move last month both into storage and my new location. I also want you to extend my thanks to the men who were working on the job. I was totally impressed about their concerns for my valuable glass and art pieces which I have collected over the years.

As you know, my maps are about 400 years old and framed by the finest framers in NYC. Having wrapped these pieces in bubble wrap and cardboard, these pieces made the trip well and are now hanging in my new abode without a scratch.. I also watched the care they took for my glass and pottery collection. Each piece was individually wrapped and the pieces that I brought with me, made the trip without a scratch.

All American Movers -

I wanted to drop you a line to tell you how pleased and impressed I was with my recent local move (within San Jose).

First some background. I had supplied my move info to 1234moving.com and received several quotes. Most of these companies appeared to be based in the Los Angeles area, not San Jose, so I filed them and instead booked a local mover whom my brother had previously used. Then I received a (second) call from Rosie. She was very pleasant on the phone and did a great job advising me that your teams were based in Santa Clara (near-by), were extremely well-trained, and would also save me about 20% off my previously-booked mover. She convinced me.

The team showed up exactly on time. (My brother's mover was 90 minutes late for his move.) The foreman, Asaf, quickly assessed the area and contents, and clearly established a plan of action. His team (Octavio, Martinez, and a fourth gentleman whose name I missed) were obviously very experienced professional movers. I have had moves in the past where the foreman/driver was the only one who appeared to have ever been near a van; Asaf and the team seemed to be the most experienced movers I have seen in the past 20 years.

They quickly swarmed around my old place, securely wrapping my furniture and securing some of my self-packed boxes. In almost no time at all they had moved everything from my 2nd-floor apartment, across a long path, and onto the truck. A 10-mile drive took us to my storage facility where there was a grand piano and a bed; those, too, were quickly on the truck. Then 5 miles to my new place.

At the destination they again were amazingly quick and professional. Every piece of furniture was carefully unwrapped and positioned where I wanted it. This included bringing five very heavy pieces up a narrow staircase. Asaf even provided some advice as to where a particular bookcase should go. The unload was even quicker and easier than the loading.

All in all, the move was very fast and very stress-free. There was not so much as a scratch or a ding on the furniture. In fact, Asaf did a better job unloading and setting up my piano than the "piano specialist" who originally put it in storage for me had done. And the price was among the best of the bids I had received.

I know this note has run long. I have spent my 23-year career in a service oriented job. I am quick to recognize and speak up about poor service; I am equally quick to recognize and speak up about excellent service. You guys provided excellent service.
